Playwright, Director and Trustee of The GAP, Chris Cooper has written for and worked with young people in Birmingham, UK and internationally for more than 30 years, and has trained and supported the creative work of The GAP since its founding in 2009.

In this informal, practical workshop Chris will give an enlightening introduction to some of the key concepts used by The GAP in our creative work with young people, and try out some practical approaches to exploring the world creatively.

The session is aimed at teachers, students, art and education practitioners and anyone who is interested in how young people learn, develop values and a sense of belonging in the world.
