We've been waiting for the 20s to come back round, it's time to bust out our 1920s vintage inspired dance fitness workouts!

Normal class rates are £6 or £5 for pensioners/unwaged/students and if it's your first time, your first taster class is FREE

Whatever fitness class you might have done before (like Zumba), SwingTrain is something fresh, joyous and exciting. With plenty of uplifting tunes and some legit 1920s dance moves thrown into the mix, you can burn hundreds of calories and learn some swing moves at the same time!

Please arrive early if it's your first class to get the sign up formalities out of the way - we'll start the class at 10 a.m.
