At any one time in our life there is always going to be something that is not quite right, a difficulty that causes us worry and stops us being truly at ease. Being ‘up in our head’ over analysing these situations rarely leads to beneficial solutions and can often lead to further doubt and confusion.
Meditation is a way of connecting to a deeper place in our mind, one of inner stillness free from the turbulence of incessant and disturbing thoughts. From this heart centred experience of inner peace we can find inspiration and wisdom that can be our inner guide to navigate through life’s challenges. In this half day course discover meditations and methods of problem solving to replace the unhelpful mental habits of worry, anxiety and avoidance.
The half day course consists of two one hour sessions (10:30-11:30am & 12-1pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic. There is a half hour break in the middle for refreshments. You are welcome to arrive from 9:45am for pre-course refreshments and to stay after the course also to relax in the centre.
