On Sunday 3rd May, as part of Fletch-Fest – our 100 years anniversary celebrations, we are pleased to present a full day of live entertainment.

We hardly feel we need to describe Vincent Flatts Final Drive as you all know them by now, right? However, for the uninitiated, the band features legendary frontman Steve Burton (Bertie) – Starfighters and the E-Numbers being two previous bands of Bertie’s that spring to mind – and always provide a great set of ‘take no prisoners’ blues boogie.

The Delray Rockets “put the ‘Rock’ into Rockabilly” and, as the band themselves point out, “don’t be fooled by the onstage setup of a double bass, Gretsch guitar and stripped down drum kit, looks can be deceiving. Once the amps are flicked on and the first beat is struck, hold onto your hats cos’ you’re in for a hell of a ride.”

The Ferretts, featuring Lol Cooke, provide a high-octane set of Classic Blues, Rock & Soul and feature some of the region’s finest musicians who previously played two great shows at Joe Joe Jims.

The Rock Bottoms feature Dan Sealey (ex-Ocean Colour Scene) and Adam Barry (ex-Merrymouth/The Misers) and they are bringing their acoustic set to Joe Joe Jims for a collection of classic covers ranging from the 1950s to the present day along with some gems from their previous band catalogues.

We’re expecting high-demand for this gig and recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
