Patchwork for Beginners Cancelled

Come and join me at the Creative Coffee Hub in Selly Oak and learn the traditional art of patchwork and quilting. We will begin with English paper piecing hexagon's and Grandmother's fans. I will then teach you how to rotary cut for precise piecing and you will make 9 patch blocks. Once your blocks are constructed we will layer and wad them ready for hand quilting and binding. Materials, use of all equipment and instructions will be provided and of course tea and cake x You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine along if you wish.
