Mindfulness & Meditation Sessions
Experience the beauty of group meditation whether you are curious - wondering what meditation is all about, a beginner or advanced in the skill of meditation.
For some sitting still is difficult. Through practising meditation on a regular basis, you'll find being still and one with yourself as easy as breathing in and out.
We focus on the breath, sound or the sensations on the body. Start your weekend calm and refreshed and meet some wonderful people along the way.
Our sessions start at 5pm where we will discuss our own experiences of meditation and discuss our current practice. The Creative Coffee Hub doors will then be close to the public from 5:30 and then the meditation will start for approx. 20mins and then we can share our experience if you wish.
