Yoga: Beginners

No need to book, just turn up. We suggest that you come 15 minutes early for your first class to find your way around. You may pay per class, or buy a Yoga Card (£80, or £60 concessions) valid for 10 of Prabhakara’s regular weekly classes in 2020.

Every Thursday 6.00-7.15pm - suitable for those new to yoga or the Iyengar method. Price £9 (£7 concessions) per person.
